BELOVED FATHER OF
Korla Pandit
(nee John Roland Redd, aka Juan Rolando), age 77, passed away in Petaluma
Valley Hospital, Petaluma, CA, of myocardial infarction/coronary disease
on October 2, 1998.
Korla Pandit was
born to Doshia and Ernest Redd in
Korla Pandit
pioneered early television with Klaus Landsberg/KTLA-TV and Louis Snader
Telescriptions with his organ and piano all-music show. He was responsible for
several innovations in keyboard and
organ playing techniques and was the first musician ever to play these two
instruments at the same time. He left an enormous body of work behind for his
fans to treasure. He was truly the Godfather of Exotica.

Beryl Pandit was
born to Lillian and George Beeson (later DeBeeson) in
Beryl Pandit was
the creator of the Korla Pandit mystique, along with her husband, and was an
integral part of the Korla Pandit television shows and Telescriptions in both
artistic and directorial capacities.

Shari Pandit was
a revered musician, composer and member of several rock
bands including The Muffs and Blacksnake. Parents and elder son are
survived by younger son Koram John Pandit. age 52, a resident of
